I’m David Hall

Willis ISD has been a big part of my family’s life. My wife, Michelle, served this district for nearly a decade as an educator and principal, and both of our daughters are proud Willis graduates.

I’m running for Position 4 because I love this community, I believe in Willis ISD, and I want to give back to a district that’s given so much to our family.

I’ve spent years building a successful business and leading people. I’ve learned that good leadership means listening, asking the right questions, making tough decisions, and being accountable for the results.

I have no business interests or conflicts with the district. I’ll bring an independent voice to the board. I’ll support our teachers, protect taxpayer dollars, and make decisions based on what’s best for our students and families—not special interests.

I want Willis ISD to be a district where our students thrive, great educators want to stay, and parents and taxpayers have confidence in the decisions being made.

Success may look different for every student, but each one deserves a strong academic foundation. We need high expectations for our students and curriculum that meets the level of rigor they’re expected to reach, while giving our teachers the tools they need to get them there.

SAFE SCHOOLS

Every student deserves a safe environment where they can focus on learning.

Safety goes beyond secure buildings. It also means creating classrooms where teachers are supported, expectations for behavior are clear, and students can learn without constant disruption. A safe, productive learning environment gives every student a better opportunity to succeed.

READY FOR GROWTH

More families are choosing to call Willis home, and our school district is growing right along with our community.

That growth brings exciting opportunities and important decisions. We need to balance the needs of our students today with what’s coming tomorrow, while continuing to be responsible with taxpayer dollars.
